Planning approval for Nightingale Village

Hansen Partnership has secured planning approval for Nightingale Village in Brunswick.

Where previous Nightingale Housing projects have offered single site solutions, Nightingale Village brings together 7 different architects to design 7 buildings under the Nightingale/Baugruppen model within the Brunswick Metropolitan Activity Centre just 100 metres from Anstey train station.

Delivering a housing precinct of over 200 socially and environmentally sustainable apartments, Nightingale Village mixes residents from affordable housing organisations such as Housing Choices Australia and Women’s Property Initiatives through Melbourne cohousing collective Urban Coup, along with those lucky enough to secure a place through the Nightingale Housing ballot process.
